Pick the email addresses you want us to use.
You can add more than one email and choose each separately. Saving an address does not send it anywhere. We will use only details a reviewed removal process needs and you have allowed us to share.

Give us permission to contact the company for you.
Read the permission form and choose whether to join early tests. Requests are currently paused, including AtData. Before contacting a company, we need evidence of your record and a reviewed way to remove it. Joining tests is not permission to send your details to see who has them.

We'll show you what the company actually says.
A reply saying they received a request does not mean they deleted your data. We'll tell you if they report deleting it, cannot find you, or need something from you. Where a public listing can be checked, we'll say whether we checked that it disappeared.

Everyone who joins gets two invites, including people who used an invite themselves. You don't need to donate. New members may still have to wait for a place.

A note from us.
You shouldn't have to spend hours finding out how to get your personal information removed. We're building Delisted to take that work off your hands, for free.
Requests are paused while we check companies one by one. Before a test, we need evidence of a person's record, a reviewed removal process and their permission. We'll show the result, including when it doesn't work. Donations help pay for testing and running the service.
We don't sell your data or show ads. We can't promise every company will delete your information.

Is Delisted really free?
Yes. There is no charge to join. Donations pay for the service. Removal requests are paused, including AtData, and we don't have a successful removal to show yet.
Why is there a waitlist?
We're starting small. The first 50 people can sign up without an invite. After that, you need an invitation or can join the waitlist. Every member gets two invites. We may also pause new places if we cannot keep up. Donating does not replace an invitation.
Do you contact every broker in the directory?
No. All requests are paused, including AtData. The directory shows our research. Before sharing details with a company, we need evidence that it holds your information and a reviewed removal process. Joining early tests does not authorize us to send details just to see who has them.
What do brokers see about me?
Nothing new while requests are paused. Before a future request, we will check that the company holds your record and use only details its removal process needs and you allow. The current email workflow includes your name, country and state or region. Even with a confirmed record, we cannot guarantee deletion. Anything already sent cannot be recalled.
Do you guarantee my data will be removed?
No. We don't have a successful removal to show yet. We'll report what each company tells us. If a company says it deleted your data, we'll say that. If we can check a public listing ourselves, we'll show that separately. We cannot look inside a company's private database or promise that it erases every copy of your request or email.
Which laws do you use?
Your rights depend on where you live and which company has your information. We check those requirements before contacting a company. Removal requests are paused for everyone. Creating a profile does not mean removal is available where you live.
Do I have to send you my ID?
No. Delisted does not collect or store identity documents. If a company asks for ID, we'll tell you. You decide whether to send it directly to that company.
Why do I need to sign a permission form?
It lets Delisted ask companies for your data, ask them to delete it, and ask them to stop selling or sharing it. We cannot sign for you. Joining early removal tests is a separate choice. You can end our permission by deleting your account.
Can I invite friends or family?
Yes. Every member gets two invites, including people who joined with an invite. Each person gets their own account and signs for themselves. A used invite stays used, even if that person later deletes their account. People may still have to wait if we're full.
Where does my donation go?
It pays for hosting, email and the work of testing removals. $19 helps fund a place for a year. It does not buy a guaranteed removal. Delisted is run by an individual, not a registered charity, so donations aren't tax deductible.
