Scan. Demand. Follow up.
Data brokers collect and sell profiles with your name, addresses, phone numbers and relatives. Privacy laws give you the right to make them delete it. Delisted files those requests for you, as your authorized agent, and keeps the clock running until they answer.

Scan
We find where you're listed.
You tell us the names, addresses, emails and phone numbers brokers might hold, and sign an authorization that lets us act as your agent. We check people-search sites for listings that match you.

Demand
We send legally-backed deletion requests.
We email deletion and opt-out requests citing the privacy law that applies where you live (CCPA, US state laws, GDPR, UK GDPR), and submit web forms where a broker only accepts those.

Follow up
We chase them until the legal deadline.
Every request has a legal clock. We read replies, follow verification links when safe, send follow-ups before the deadline and a final notice after it, and re-scan so re-listed profiles get new requests.

We pick the law based on where you live. Brokers must respond within the legal window, and may extend it once if they tell you why.

What we send
A deletion and opt-out request
Sent by email to the broker's privacy address, citing the law that applies to you, from your personal relay address so replies come back to us.
Web-form submissions
For brokers that only accept requests through their site. We save a screenshot as proof of submission.
Your signed authorization
Attached when a broker requires written permission for an authorized agent.
Follow-ups
When a deadline approaches without an answer, and a final notice that references the relevant regulator if it passes.
Deadlines and follow-up
Replies are read automatically and matched to the right request: confirmations close it, verification links are followed when safe, and anything that needs you becomes a task in your dashboard. We re-scan major people-search sites every 90 days (every 30 days for monthly supporters) and send a new request if your profile reappears.
What “authorized agent” means
Privacy laws such as the CCPA let you name an authorized agent to submit requests for you. During onboarding you read and e-sign an authorization that lets Delisted contact data brokers on your behalf to request access, deletion and opt-out of sale or sharing. It is limited to that purpose, records when and how you signed, and you can revoke it at any time by deleting your account.

We start from the public data broker registries kept by California and Vermont, then add brokers from our own research, checking each opt-out page and privacy address on the broker's own website.

Anyone in the US, EU or UK, for themselves. Each person signs their own authorization. When seats are full, new accounts join a waitlist and can prepare their profile meanwhile. Monthly supporters can invite up to three adult family members, who each sign for themselves.
What we can't do
Straight up, before you sign anything.
- We can't guarantee removal. Some brokers ignore requests, claim exemptions, or re-list data later.
- We can't remove public records at the source (court records, property records) or news articles.
- We don't collect or store your ID. If a broker insists on ID, we create a task so you can send it to them directly.
- We can't solve some CAPTCHAs or click links that require your personal login; those become tasks for you.
- We're not a law firm and can't give legal advice or take legal action on your behalf.
