Authorized agent agreement
Last updated September 2026
Draft, pending legal review. This document may change before launch.
This page summarizes the authorization you sign during onboarding. The exact, versioned text — with its SHA-256 fingerprint — is shown to you in full before you sign, and a PDF of your signed copy is available in Settings.
What you authorize
- Delisted may act as your authorized agent to submit requests to data brokers to delete your personal information, opt out of its sale or sharing, and confirm what they hold.
- Delisted may share the profile details you provide with brokers only as needed to locate and process your records.
- Delisted may send brokers a copy of this signed authorization when they require proof.
- Delisted may receive and read broker replies sent to your relay address, and follow verification links related to your requests.
What it does not authorize
- Acting for you in any other matter, signing contracts, or taking legal action.
- Providing your government ID to anyone; if a broker requires ID you'll be asked to send it directly.
- Selling or sharing your information for any other purpose.
Your confirmations
- The information you provide is about you and accurate.
- You understand removal is not guaranteed and brokers may re-list data.
Duration and revocation
The authorization stays in effect until you revoke it. Deleting your account revokes it immediately and stops new requests.
Record of signature
When you sign we record the document version and fingerprint, your typed name, the time, your IP address and your browser, and generate a PDF copy.
