Privacy policy
Last updated September 2026
Draft, pending legal review. This document may change before launch.
A privacy service should collect as little as possible. This policy explains what Delisted stores, why, and how to delete it.
What we collect
- Account: email address. You sign in with one-time links we email to that address.
- Profile: names, aliases, date of birth, emails, phone numbers and addresses you enter — only so brokers can find and delete your records. Stored encrypted.
- Authorization: your typed signature, time signed, IP address and browser, as evidence of consent.
- Broker correspondence: emails we send and receive for your requests, plus screenshots of form submissions and listings.
- Donations: amount, optional display name and message. Card details are handled by Stripe, never by us.
What we don't collect
- Government ID documents.
- Advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
How we use it
Only to send, track and follow up on your removal requests, operate your account, and meet legal obligations. We never sell or share your data for marketing.
Processors
- Cloudflare — hosting, email sending and receiving, file storage.
- Hetzner — application server and database.
- Stripe — donation payments.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is open. You can download everything from Settings, and deleting your account removes your profile, requests and stored files and revokes your authorization. Anonymous donation totals remain in our accounting records.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to complain to your data protection authority.
